Interpersonal communication training
Communicating differently to improve collaborationThese workshops are a wonderful opportunity to nurture relationships within teams, while passing on skills to help people and projects.
Who is it for?
- Organisations that are aware of the need to strengthen their interpersonal skills in order to build trust for joint projects.
- Organisations that are aware of the cost of dysfunctional relationships and want to save resources (money, time, energy, mental health) and slow down staff turnover (turnover) in the structure.
Some of the skills developed during these courses
- The ability to be aware of your own needs, express them and make requests to satisfy them.
- Learning to listen differently.
- Ability to relate to the needs of others and listen to their requests.
- Learning to say No and to take no for an answer.
- Learning to say thank you in a different way and to give each other feedback (feedback) supporting and energising.
What it does
- Living benevolently.
- Daring to address conflicts and tensions without fear of cutting yourself off from the link.
- Dare to set your own limits and listen to those of others.
- Building trust within the group, as everyone discovers that they count and can be heard and considered.
- Energising projects and structures.
- (Re)finding fluidity in communication and links within teams.
All these skills will enable the organisation to improve the quality of its relationships, communication and work.
How it works in practice
- I travel throughout Switzerland and neighbouring countries to run training days on your premises or at any other location of your choice.
- The discovery and introduction workshop takes place over a minimum of one day, and preferably over two or three days.
- For an organisation to integrate the proposed tools as an art of communicating and working together, it requires repetition, regular practice, and therefore the commitment of resources in terms of time and money over the medium term.
- I speak in French or English. Participants can also express themselves in German.
