Interpersonal communication training

Communicating differently for better collaboration

These workshops are a great opportunity to learn new communication skills that will serve projects while strengthening connection between people.

Who is it for?

  • Organisations that are aware of the need to strengthen relational skills in order to build trust.
  • Organisations that are aware of the cost of dysfunctional relationships and wish to save resources (money, time, energy, mental health) and slow down staff turnover.

Some of the skills acquired in the training

  • The ability to become aware of one's own needs, to express them and to make requests to meet them.
  • Learn to really listen.
  • Ability to relate to other people’s needs and to hear their requests.
  • Practice saying No and receiving a No.
  • Learn to give meaningful thanks and to offer supportive and energising feedback.

Some outcomes

  • Develop a more compassionate work environment.
  • Dare to address conflicts and tensions without fear of being excluded from your peer group or from the company.
  • Dare to set boundaries and hear those of others.
  • Grow in confidence within the group because everyone discovers that they matter, that they can be heard and considered.
  • Energise projects and structures.
  • Better communication flow and connection within teams.

These skills will enable the organisation to make a leap forward in the quality of relationships, communication and work.

How to proceed if you want it for your team

  • I travel throughout Switzerland and neighbouring countries to conduct training days at your premises or at any suitable place for trainings.
  • The introductory workshop takes place over a minimum of one day and preferably over two to three days.
  • For people to integrate these new communication skills, it requires repetition and practice, and therefore the organisation's willingness to commit to it.
  • I work in English or French. Participants can also speak German.
